We are a community service, completely run by volunteer financial advisors, family law attorneys, mediators and counselors, that is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the process of divorce. Our goal is to help reduce the number of women who slip into poverty as a result of divorce because of poor divorce planning, or lack of understanding of the resources, information, or expertise available.

Community Mediation Services (CMS) has been serving Lane County as a non-profit organization since 1982. As mediators we assist parties in conflict by guiding them through an informal dialogue process in which they are empowered to collaboratively create a win-win resolution with each other. Learn from experts in the field who have guided thousands of women through divorce
Meet other women who are experiencing similar life changes
Provide 4 hours of expertise in these areas for only $45, which would normally cost $700- $800.

Workshop participants can share their experiences with others, and learn the many things you have available to help you get through the divorce, as well as how to thrive after.
